  • Q. Do I need to provide cleaning products?

    No all cleaning products will be supplied with the cleaning.

  • Q. What do I need to prepare for your cleaning services?

    All furniture should be moved, if possible, to allow air flow. This allows the carpet to dry faster. We almost always have two people on site to provide help with moving larger Items. Also a good vacuuming will be necessary to remove the larger debris.

  • Q. How much will your cleaning services cost?

    Cost depends on your location and the areas that will be cleaned. Our rates are as low as $79 for the first room and $35 per room after (depending on your location and what equipment we will need to service you).

  • Q. How do I pay for my cleaning service?

    We accept Cash, Check, or all major credit cards.

  • Q. Can I choose a specific time of day for my cleaning service?

    Yes, In most cases you can schedule a specific time for you service.

  • Q. Do I have to be home when the cleaning team arrives?

    No, when you schedule with us we can discuss a way for the cleaning crew to enter the property and leave. We can leave an invoice or email one after we are completed.

  • Q. What services do you NOT provide?

    We try to provide as many services as we can, however there are some services we are not equpped to provide. We do not do hardwood floors, carpet installation, construction work and clean up of most hazmat chemicals.

  • Q. Are you insured?

    We are fully insured and bonded for all work.

  • Q. What do I do with my pet while you are in my home?

    We are pet friendly but all pets must be contained while we are there as we need to have a door open two inches to accommodate our hoses.

  • Q. Who will actually be cleaning my home?

    Myself and another employee.
